All Set helps parents and guardians fill out the forms their kids need. This page explains, in plain language, what information All Set collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it.
Only to run All Set for you. When you ask us to read or fill a form, we send that form and the saved details needed to fill it to our AI provider (Anthropic) through our own server, which holds the access keys so your browser never does. Our providers process data on our instructions to deliver the service.
We use a small number of service providers, and each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
An organization can ask you for your child's details through All Set. Nothing is shared unless you approve the request, and only the details you approve are sent. Once an organization has your answers, how it uses them is covered by its own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third party analytics. Your browser stores a small amount of information so you stay signed in and your work in progress is not lost. Nothing else.
Your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase), encrypted in transit and at rest. Access rules in the database ensure that only the signed-in members of your own household can read your family’s records. Files such as forms and signatures are served through private, time-limited links rather than public URLs.
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your family’s information with anyone except the service providers needed to operate All Set, and only for that purpose.
All Set is for parents and guardians, not for children. Kids cannot sign up, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13. If we learn a child has created an account, we delete it.
The information about children in All Set is entered by their parent or guardian, and that parent stays in control of it. As a parent, you can:
We only use your child's information to fill the forms you ask us to fill. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never use it to build a profile of your child.
You can view, edit, or remove saved family details at any time inside the app.
Download my data. In the app, open your account menu and choose Download my data. You get a single file containing every child, every saved answer, your family details, your saved signatures, and both the original and filled copies of every form. It is prepared in your browser and no request to us is needed.
Delete my account. In the app, open your account menu and choose Delete my account. After you confirm, we permanently remove your children, your saved answers, your family details, your forms and the stored files behind them, your signatures, your usage records, and your login itself. This cannot be undone and there is no grace period. We offer you a copy of your data before you confirm. If another parent or guardian shares your family, their copy of the family stays with them and we remove your access and your login.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted. You can do all of this yourself in the app, or by emailing us. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, it is removed at that point, not queued for later.
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use your children's information, we will tell you by email first.
