These terms cover your use of All Set. By using it, you agree to them.
You need to be 18 or older, and the parent or legal guardian of the children whose details you save. You can invite a co-parent to your household, and they get the same access to those records.
You save your family’s details once. When you upload a form, we fill it in from what you saved and give you back a copy to check.
All Set fills forms automatically, and automatic means it can get something wrong. Reading the filled form before you sign it, send it, or hand it in is your job, not ours. Please do not rely on All Set for a form where a mistake would matter, such as a medical or emergency form, without checking it yourself first.
If you save a signature and apply it to a form, that is you signing that form. Keep your account to yourself, because anything signed from it is treated as signed by you.
Keep your password private and let us know if someone else gets into your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Only save information you have the right to save. Do not upload another family’s forms or another child’s records without their parent’s permission, and do not use All Set to break the law or to upload anything harmful.
Your family’s records belong to you. You can download or delete them at any time from your account menu. What we do with them while you are here is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Your first form is free and no card is needed to try it. After that, All Set is $29 a year or $5 a month. Your plan renews automatically, each year or each month, until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a year or month. If the price changes, we will tell you before it applies to you.
We work hard to keep All Set running and accurate, but we cannot promise it is always available or always right. All Set is provided as is. As far as the law allows, what we owe you if something goes wrong is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened.
You can delete your account whenever you like, and it takes effect straight away. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first so you are not charged again. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Carrying on using All Set after that means the new terms apply.
If you were charged by mistake, or charged after you cancelled, email us within 30 days and we will refund it. Otherwise, payments are not refundable, but you keep access for the time you paid for.
If you use All Set to collect information from families, you agree to ask only for what you actually need, to use it only for the reason you gave families, to keep it secure, and to delete it when you no longer need it. Families choose what to share with you, and they can say no.
